Jackie and Grant had their engagement shoot at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum over in Superior. We think it was an amazing choice. We’ve been getting a lot of rain in the Phoenix area lately, but driving just a little bit east to the Arboretum brought us clearer skies, with a few puffy clouds and the right amount of breeze.
The Arboretum itself was gorgeous, making us imagine secret gardens that hide desert dreams and show off sweeping mountain views. There were plenty of fun spots to stop for photos (our favorite was the bridge!). Having a good time seemed to be Jackie and Grant’s main goal. Their love is kinetic–they didn’t pose, they danced and swayed and spun. Their connection is obvious to anyone that sees them.
Like many couples nowadays, Jackie and Grant met on Tinder. Their first date was a low-key affair, just dinner at Grant’s place, but they hit it off, bringing them to where they are now. Their lifestyles just seemed to work well together, especially considering they both love to get up before the sun to hit the gym. Grant even calls Jackie his workout buddy!
We can’t wait to see them get married. Congrats, Jackie and Grant!
