We spend a lot of our lives here in Arizona. It only makes sense: we live here! That makes the chance to get out of state all the more special. Changes in scenery help refresh the mind and make the memories you create even more precious. Look at Ashley and Trevor, for example. Their wedding in Del Mar, California was amazing!
Imagine it: beachfront views, a shimmering ocean, and lots and lots of love. Powerhouse Park had it all that day. (We’re not quite sure who was more excited for it: Ashley and Trevor, or their son!)
(Okay, that’s a bit of a fib. Ashley and Trevor had been waiting for this for quite a while, until it was the perfect moment for them to tie the knot. They’ve been together ten years and are every bit as in love as when they first met!)
With an intimate wedding and venue, you get to see more of everything. We could feel Ashley and Trevor’s love everywhere we went, reflected in the way their loved ones were so excited for them to get married. When Ashley made her appearance, ready to walk down the aisle, there were even gasps. The only word we could use for her dress is “elegant.” The classic form-fit gown looked amazing on her, the silk shined in the outdoor air, and the train was exactly the right length.
California’s shores seemed to agree. Clouds had been covering the sky for most of the day, but when it came time for Ashley and Trevor to speak the vows they had written themselves into reality, little rays of sunlight burst through, sparkling down onto these two as if to say “yes, Ashley and Trevor belong together.”
Watching the two of them kiss for the first time as husband and wife, we couldn’t agree more. They partied with their loved ones and had an amazing time, married at last. It was our first ocean wedding, and it was definitely one for the books. We’ll remember it forever.
Congratulations, Ashley and Trevor! Your wedding was amazing, and you guys have something truly special. Thank you for letting us be a part of it! We can’t wait to see what life has in store for you!
