With a couple that loves to dance the way Nicole and Tony do, it was obvious that the wedding would be a ton of fun. Not even the windy weather could get in the way of their special day at Bella Rose Estate in Chandler!
It started with Nicole getting herself ready with her closest girls. Outside, it was blustery, but the skies were clear, so Nicole and her bridesmaids took the opportunity to soak up the sunshine from the safety of her hotel suite. Sipping mimosas and nibbling on snacks, her bridal party was the picture of relaxation. You don’t want to exhaust yourself before the ceremony, after all!
Once hair and makeup were done, we all made our way to Bella Rose Estate itself, where Nicole slipped into her gorgeous dress. She had the most heartfelt first look with her dad — his reaction was totally a tear-jerker. Later, during dinner, he gave a speech about how proud he is of Nicole becoming a beautiful, amazing woman, and looking back at his reaction here, it’s clear just how much he meant it!
That isn’t to say that the entire day was serious. The wind calmed down just in time for the ceremony itself, where Tony’s best friend was the officiant and used a light touch of humor throughout the event. His jokes kept everyone laughing so nobody could happy-cry too hard at Nicole and Tony tying the knot.
The reception hall made for a gorgeous backdrop, all soaring ceilings and beautiful scenery. (The DJ even lit his board on fire at one point, getting oohs and aahs all around!) It was the perfect space for Nicole and Tony to bust a move, boogieing through the night… except for during the shoe game. (If you don’t know, it’s a game where the newlyweds raise their shoes to answer questions about their relationship.)
Besides the dancing, besides the hugs and the laughter and the joy that every guest had for Nicole and Tony, one thing stood out: their honesty. It made everyone laugh, too. See, the final question of the shoe game was about which of them would fall asleep first… and they both raised their hands. Weddings are huge occasions that we hold dear, but Nicole and Tony were the first time we’ve seen a couple be up front about how exhausting they are!
But if they can handle the rest of life the way they handled their breathtaking wedding, we know Nicole and Tony can handle anything that comes their way. Seeing the love they have for each other and the love their guests had for them truly warmed our hearts. We wish these two nothing but the best on the journey of marriage.
